Jill Archunde Santell, MBA
Senior Vice President Global Business Development

Jill has 28 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Originally from upstate New York, she moved to Las Vegas in 1993 to start her career opening the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. A passion for service excellence and employee culture, she was promoted to different leadership and executive positions throughout her 26 years with MGM Resorts. She spent her last eight years with the company as General Manager of the Signature Hotel and was awarded the Chairmen's excellence award in 2017. Jill holds a master graduate certificate from Rapport Leadership International and earned an Executive MBA from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2019. She served as an operations consultant for QSI Specialists before joining Binder Hospitality in 2020.

Dato' Franz Swoboda
CEO - Kuala Lumpur

Hotelier by profession, entrepreneur at heart.  Franz has had over 50 years’ experience in the hospitality and leisure industries with 30 years in senior management positions.  His work experience spans across the globe from Europe to South Africa to the Middle East to Southeast Asia. He has won several accolades throughout his career. Highlights include the Sheraton Corporation President’s Award for ‘Outstanding Management Performance – EAMA Best 1st Class International Hotel (4-star category)’ in the MTPBA and others. Passion and creativity have been his guiding principles throughout his career. As Co-founder of Binder Hospitality, Franz relishes the challenge to take on new things and scale new heights.

Manfred F.J. Binder
President - Kuala Lumpur

Manfred is a seasoned hospitality executive and F&B expert with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked in senior executive positions with notable 4- and 5-star companies such as Hyatt, Kempinski, Radisson and ANA hotels around the globe. In 1999 he turned his focus to human resources as Vice President at a reputable hospitality recruitment company in Orlando, Florida. In 2006 Manfred founded Connect Intl. in Kuala Lumpur, a hospitality consulting firm, which he successfully established as one of Asia’s leading consulting firms serving hospitality worldwide.

In 2019, together with Dato’ Franz Swoboda he founded Binder Hospitality, an international hospitality recruitment and consulting firm. Binder Hospitality is headquartered in Labuan, Malaysia.
